We want all our residents to feel younger for longer and actively engaged in life, so we’ll grow and make our own garden produce, and have regular market days on the lawns to help us share it. We’ll nurture small farm animals, keep chickens for eggs and bees for honey, and welcome children and family to come and enjoy them with us.
Community Wellness Centre & café
Our Wellness Centre will be the heart of our vibrant community with café, kids crèche, consulting rooms, sports gym and heated pool facilities for everyone to use and enjoy, including family and friends of the village. We will welcome all visitors to our café to share our company, buy our locally grown vegetables and crafts and help keep us connected with the greater community. Local school kids will help with garden maintenance and animal care, and in return we will share our knowledge and experiences with them.
Our construction milestones

Early to mid 2018 Stage One : Building completed and ready to move in
Mid to late 2018 Stage Two : Launch of second stage and opening pre sales
2020 Stage Two : Building and landscaping completed and ready to move in
2020 Stage Three : Target to begin building Wellness Centre
